Alliances galore were associated with various banks like Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, and Citibank etc. and were culminating their dining fests to increase traction of various bank products. However, they were looking forward to indulging more in developing lucrative loyalty reward programs. Hence, they strategically decided to outsource their technology front. The leadership team of AGPL wanted to design content-rich web portals for the company and their clients. They needed assistance in going digital with their initiative and marking their presence in social media. What did Olio do? As Olio solutions, we realized that client was looking for digital support services. We rendered website design and development services to AGPL and its clients. Since AGPL was designing loyalty programs for premium banks; we paid more attention to aesthetics and integrity of the client website. Web portals were database driven as the client had multiple vendor partners. We also focused on making websites secure for transactions. Security testing and load testing were done to ensure that web portals were secure and performed optimally even when the number of users was high. In addition to this, we also designed the website for AGPL to promote their services. Olio’s creative team ensured that website was a right balance between design and technology. With the increasing clout associated with social media, we also provided social media services to AGPL. Well-planned timeline for social media posts was shared with AGPL team. Olio’s social media team worked in synchronization with the client to ensure on-time posting of content on various channels like LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Result Due to fast, secure and user-friendly websites number of online transactions has risen by 17%. All client websites are listed to bank domains. AGPL has now hosted more than 9 dining fests with names like Dining delights by Axis bank, The Culinary Circle by ICICI bank etc. With Olio’s intervention, AGPL has now created an automated engine to felicitate real timetable booking. This has also lead to increase in the number of banks willing to associate with AGPL. Olio’s initiative has also led AGPL to have its own corporate identity digitally. In line with PM’s Digital India initiative, Olio solutions has also suggested AGPL framework to automate its operational activities.
