JMM JMM In the year 2015, JMM Spices Pvt. Ltd. Introduced 100+ range of products in markets. The clients’ prime motive was to implement their rebranding strategy. They were keen on changing the packaging of their products to gain competitive advantage. Their aim has always been to offer customers with a tasty, fresh and cost-effective range of products and various services. JMM Spices wanted to fulfill their aim and communicate the same to their trade partners and customers. Thus, they wanted Olio to assist them in deciding their packaging strategy and collaterals for trade partners. JMM Spices also planned on creating an online platform to showcase their wide range of products and generating inquiries. What did Olio do? We as their partners for packaging design understood their need for revamping their packaging strategy to suit their branding strategy. We opted for colors which would garner attention like red, green and yellow for savory mix masalas. We also incorporated blog section in our website design to educate customers of JMM Spices about products utility. We also aimed at increasing usage of JMM Spices by posting recipes in blog section wherein core tastemaker was JMM Spices product. We also laid emphasis on generating leads through online channels; this led to the incorporation of store locator and inquiry form on the website. Olio’s inquisitive solution also focused on implementing push strategy in marketing JMM Spices. Thus, we designed posters, danglers, and hoardings to promote JMM Spices. Olio as marketing agency also focused on designing the shop infrastructure of JMM Spices located at Lalbaugh. A well-planned retail store layout allows a retailer to maximize the sales for each square foot of the allocated selling space within the store. This principle laid the foundation of Olio’s creative team and we just added a tang of design to make it stand apart. Final result JMM Spices Pvt. Ltd. Has now established itself as a modern brand with the traditional taste of spices. It has witnessed a surge of 19% in the number of inquiries from the online channels. The revamped store has enjoyed tremendous positive customer feedback and appreciation. JMM Spices has experienced a growth in footfalls. In addition to this, marketing collaterals have increased brand’s visibility and contributed to increasing the brand recall value of JMM Spices.
